I have a Volvo 4.3. I took my boat out today. It started fast but idled rough. Tried to get to plane but it bogged and died. After 10 min I was able to get it back stuttering until it died again. Thinking this is a fuel/carburetor issue since the boat has been sitting up for 6 mos. Yes. I'm a newby. Any suggestions will be appreciated
