My 1994 75hp has been a great engine since I bought it new. Last year it started bogging down at full throttle, but perks up with pumping the key choke. Is this a fuel pump problem? I replaced the gas line and primer bulb already.....thanx
This is a lean problem usually from weak fuel pressure(pump) or rubber particles/debris that has degraded of diaphragm and fuel lines leaning main jets or inlet needle. .
