Broke bolt hole ear on bearing carrier

Hi all, this is my first post here. I have a 1996 DT65 and I broke the ear off of the bearing carrier. Any suggestions on either trying to weld it, using JB weld or trying to find another carrier. I know it is tricky to weld cast aluminum. Thanks.

Did you ever find your answer. Did you just buy a new one?
