what model? When was the last time the carbs were cleaned? Was link and sync done recently?

NS70A is model number. Just bought the boat and motor it ran fine and started acting up the second time I took it out. Don't know when the last.time Carb was cleaned and as far as I know no other work was done to it.

Start with fresh gas and see what happens...

Was it adequately warmed up? How were the carbs cleaned? Has the fuel pressure been checked? Have the plugs been inspected?

It had been running for a while I stopped for bout 5 mins wen I started back up and try to take off it wouldn't go full speed in forward it just bogged down but does fine in reverse.

You can'd run WOT in reverse; the throttle is limited. Probably a bit lean. Have your dealer check link-and-sync, check plugs, and possibly clean the carbs. Could be someting like a restricted fuel filter, or a bunch of things. Only way to know for sure is to diagnose it, with the aid of a Factory service manual.
