Everytime we put the boat in the water I make a list of things that need work. I just ordered bunk slicks and a better anchor winch. I'm working on getting the motor to idle down slower and then I want to fix it so it charges the battery. One time somebody asked what are the handiest things to get for his pontoon boat. With me it seems like necessity makes most of my list for me. I am looking forward to the day when we can use it twice without doing anything to it. Haven't had it on big enough water this spring to open it up and run down the lake and see if the underskinning will keep the decking from flexing this year. Still loving the time on the water though.

Re: Shake down cruises

A boat all ways needs some thing fixed. I dropped around 9k on mine last year doing a full rebuild and I thought this year I would be able to sort of cost along, lol I was wrong, while it has been mostly a lot of small things to tweek and fine tune its still a long list.
