I?ve got a 1997 Bayliner Capri with a 5.7 Mercruiser engine (engine serial# 0K034546)
I?ve been told that this is a Chevy small block 350 engine, non-vortex. I was looking for a new manifold and have been seeing some threads that say you can use the Edelbrock 2101 Performer. I just want to confirm that this is compatible. I know it?s not made specifically for marine application and will corrode much quicker, but I?m okay with that for now. I?m waiting for Edelbrock to come out with their marine version in a few months, but need something in the meantime. Again, I just want to make sure that this will work before I purchase it.
