Exaust Manifold Temperature Differences

I fired my motor up this weekend for the first time this spring. Its a 5.0 gxi-b. After running for about 10 minutes on the muffs, making sure the water pump was working after being replaced, I decided to take some temp readings at various locations on the engine with a laser temp gauge. I noticed quite a temperature difference between the port and starboard exaust manifolds, about 50 degrees worth. The starboard side was running around 160 while the port side was only reading around 105-110. Do I have a problem that needs to be addressed or is this normal for these type of engines?

Very common to have different temps on the exhaust manifolds when on muffs. It normally evens up when the rpm is up and you are in the water with more water flow than you can get with the muffs.
