Who has got/used one of the pulsing type battery chargers that DE-sulfide the plates?
And how well do they work?

Battery Chargers - CTEK Battery Chargers Multi US 7002

So far so good. One car battery, one snowmobile battery, and one battery in a power pack. All would not hold a charge before the DE-sulfide. It's a slow process so look for a couple of days and several cycles before they will hold a charge again.

Had one old marine battery that was too far gone. It would take a full charge after a couple of days, but would not hold the charge.

If a 6 year old daily driver battery goes bad, then it's bad, as in my daughter's car. I just replaced it.

If it's a battery that just sets for months, on or off a tender, and falls to hold a charge on it's own.
Then the charger has performed well.
