Try,adjusting the air screws,1 turn out from lightly seated.
Sounds like it might be sucking air?
Try a bit of starter fluid around the different areas of the motor as it idles.
If you spray and it makes a difference in the way it runs??Then it's sucking air.
Check the fuel pump diaphram.

where is that?

should I clean it with seafoamed 5 gallon separate fuel source?

Starboard side of engine, skinny hoses and connections/elbows/screen. Disconnect and clean with carb. cleaner (aerosal). Should remove and inspect behind cover plate also, but a new gasket will be needed. There is are screens and reeds in there. A manual will make your boating experience less frustrating = more pleasurable.

Just another small thing to check when you pull the fuel pump is the air supply line that comes from the crank case. Even after I rebuilt my pump I still had a rough idle. I found that hose bad(leaking precious air) where it goes onto the engine side. It was a $1.80 fix from autozone

The 88/125, most didn't have the screen and reed setup.
Just a screen.
The air screw,it meters the fuel/air ratio at an idle.
One turn out. Then adjust from ther when the motors warm.
Running and warm.
Turn the air screw in till it bucks and kicks then out about 1/2 turn.
Seafoam gas additive,NO.
There is a spray Seafoam it might have some cleaning ability.
Spraying anything into the fuel recirc system is DANGEROUS.
First most spray cleaners will strip any oil from the bearings, cylinder, rings.
You need to remove the covers and check the screens.
The holding a bill in front of the carb really doesn't tell much.
The carbs are all connected with a hose between each other.
