The elbow nipple on my volvo 280 outdrive is leaking, so I ordered a new elbow nipple, fitting and O-ring. But cannot figure out how to disconnect the trim hose on the inside where enters the transom sheild. Can't quess what tool will fit inside the transom hole and around the presumed nut that needs to loosened to disconnect the trim hose and replace the elbow nipple fitting. Any insight?
Also, need to rebuild trim cylinders, if anyone has any advice for that job regarding getting the cylinder cap off?
