wireing a burned up regulator on an 89 88 spl please read

hi a guy brought me a 89ish 88spl motor today. he said it caught fire on him. and hears the kicker. (this happened to him 10 years ago )the motor has been sitting in his yard for 10 years. he brought it to me and said fix it . the motor still turns over and looks to me that this is the only thing that burned up on him . he took the regulator off of it 10 years ago and I just don't know where all 5 wires go im looking for some pictures . of the terminal block with the wires on it also a pic of the regulator as well and where it is bolted too. I know where it goes I beleave . but also would like to see the wires comeing out of it also if anybody has a manual they could take a pick of that page as well any help would be appretiated . thanks in advance too.

hi you photos are very helpful I was wondering if I cound get some pics of the other side of the motor as well thanks so much for your replies
