missing on one side

2001 Yamaha 200 hpdi. Ran fine took the cover off and replaced and 3 cylinders on port side do not fire. Changed coils and still nothing. Any answers?

Are you sure it's the plugs not firing or is the injectors not firing?

New plugs and coils. It was running great until I changed the fuel line which I know had nothing to do with it. Also replaced shift switch. Replaced the engine cover and the port side isn't firing. Didn't know if there might be something I had to do I didn't know about.

You will need to plug in to a diagnostic computer. Then you can manually fire the plugs and injectors.
