So I've read rhino's and suds' dealings with Larson and Chaparral and was wondering which companies that make bowrider runabouts in the 21-23 foot category with MSRPs in the $30K-45K range, have EXCELLENT customer service reputations? And also, which companies might be safely placed a little lower on my shopping list.

I am a complete newbie so any advice would be greatly apreciated. I originally posted in the rhino thread and was nudged into a new post but did get the names Bryant, Cobalt, and Sea Ray as being known for customer service.

Any further input would be greatly appreciated.

I had real good service when I had my Crownline about 8 or 9 years ago.

Most brands (including Crownline and Sea Ray) have had their ups and downs over the years. But these days everybody seems to be trying to clean up their act a little. Maybe the gripe threads start to register after a while? For sure the the JD Power survey has had an effect. Most all of the builders want a piece of that.

Kelly Cook
