My old Rack and Pinion steering cable finally seized up and i ordered the replacement. I t is the correct length, yet it doesn't fit through the engine tilt tube!:facepalm: I've tried lubing it, and still nothing. I don't want to force it in, yet the old one goes in with ease. Are there different diameter bores for the shaft rod? Am i not doing it right? Any help would be appreciated.
