I took carb off cleaned an out back together aparently fuel or tank started breaking apart and clogged carb...
New fuel lines and tank .. I put 50:1 fuel/oil only way I can get it started is by pulling on lever by flywheel all the way forward but as soon as I let off it shuts down.. Lots of smoke and some blk oily water in trash can where I have motor submerged.. And help will b greatly appreciated... Trying to get it ready for this coming weekend wanna take my boy out for his first time thanks!!!

You need to check you are getting spark on all cylinders

Checked getting spark on both cylinders noticed when pulling plugs lots of blk oil on plugs wet.. Notice lots of oil in water trash can and smoke

Check your carbs arent flooding.Does primer stay tight when engine is off?

Number 1 cylinder not firing

Swap your coils see if the problem stays or shifts with the coil

Wait my bad I swapped wires from switch box and it changed... My bad

Ok swapped coils and didnt change .. I'm thinking switch box?

Ok before I ordered switchbox I checked all grounds started up I can hear spark grounding out somewhere..
So I put my insulated screwdriver on top wire and got it to spark on ground.. Tried it on bottom and got no archs.
I went to auto parts store and purchase 2 wires , installed the wires and the same thing ... I value all my brothers opinion ..
Wht should I do.. I'm lost!!!!

Ok ima pick y'all's brain..I held spark plug wire around an inch from ground and noticed one bright spark but not constant example: spark.......spark spark.....spark......................spark........spark and this is top plug I'm thinking it should be a more consistent wht do y'all think?

Can a faulty switchbox do this?

Yes it should be consistent. Does it do that with the other coil attached as it could be coil or switchbox
