Parts look up - need some help

Having trouble using this site for parts look up. I find all sorts of Evinrude parts and part numbers, but how do I know what fits my engine (199 SPL 90 HP)? Is there a exploded diagram someplace of the engines and parts that I'm missing. I need a fuel pump rebuild kit for the non-VRO SPL.

I'm trying to find a fuel pump rebuild kit for a NON VRO 90. Nothing I see on parts lists goes to 1999?? Looking in wrong place?

The tag on the engine is not readable. I know it is a 1998 or 1999 Evinrude SPL 90 HP (NON VRO). None of the parts house parts lists go up that high in year?? Most stop at 1990. I would suspect fuel pump kits would still be the same for the two port fuel pump, but want to make sure before I order.

I think it may be an Sierra 18-7821?

There should be a plug on the top of the block about the size of a quarter. See if you can get some #'s off of that and post them.

The factory does not make a repair kit for that pump.
