Have you tried contacting a Hurricane dealer or Hurricane themselves? They might tell you who the actual manufacturer is and possibly provide a part number. Guaranteed that Hurricane didnt mold the insert themselves, and also that you wont find the exact part your looking for listed as "rubrail insert for 21' hurricane fun deck" or anything like that. There could have been hundreds of models of boats by many different manufacturers made using that rub rail insert.
If you'd rather not pay the premium that might come from ordering thru a dealer, you could always measure the existing rubrail dimensions and order one that will work from an internet retailer.
