Hmm... well thats a tough one. However, I am really surprised Frank A. hasn't chimed in. He has a fun way of creating a new skeg. If you search you might find a post where he talks about using a thin sheet of steel (stainless or aluminum) his was a street sign LOL! then folding it in the shape you need, drilling, and attaching it with small bolts plus some epoxy. Its not the prettiest, but it works just like the factory made ones.
