2002 Yamaha 70TLRA Bogging

I have a 2002 70 hp yamaha outboard that will bog down about every 20-30 minutes. At pretty much any throttle it will bog. I know its a fuel issue because when it bogs, I pump the bulb and it runs fine for another 20-30 minutes before it bogs again. I was thinking the fuel pump was going out, pulled it off and looks fine. What else could cause this issue???

sucking air at a connection below the pump is another thing to look for

Yeah that's the first thing I checked. Bulb and all lines have been replaced less than 3 months ago. This thing has got me stumped. The fuel pump is the only other thing I can think of and it is pretty cheap and easy to change that. If that doesn't work I guess I will have to get into the carbs.
