Trim cylinders mercruiser fluid?

What is the correct fluid to use in the trim cylinders motor oil, dextron ll or quicksilver power trim and steering fluid. I'm sure I have a mix in mine.

This is from a 2001 owners manual, it's been the same thing since the 80's


Quicksilver Power Trim and Steering Fluid or SAE 10W-30 motor oil
