Hey OMC fans need a little help, just installed a new harness, amp and coil from CDI electronics on my JohnnyRude.
Everything works and the motor runs just fine with one exception; after motor has been running and after shutting
motor off, with the first initial key on when I hit the choke switch the motor bumps, no starter-I'ts just firing the amp and coil.
This does not seem to be hurting anything, just wondering if I'm getting some kind of back feed to fire the ignition with the choke switch? Any ideas?
