should be sticking out the left corner on your mouth while turning the motor over:laugh:
Ok back to the problem
Bad battery, battery cables, battery cable connections are the most often problems.
Then bad starter, motor binding up, or lower unit binding up
Does it start up, but just turns over slowly at first?
If so, my guess is battery or connections
