I took 1997 Sea Ray F-16xr2 175 horsepower, owner told me he did not run the boat for two years and it was winterized.
I put new spark plug, new battery, fuel filter, change all lubricants. When I put the boat in water and try to start it is just don't want to start. When I turn the key on it shows there is a power on gauges but nothing is happening with engine. Not even a clicking sound. I have some knowledge about electronics, so I checked solenoid, and starter and they are working. Dose anybody have any suggestions where to start with diagnostic?
