Indexed spark plug within spec?

I've never indexed a spark plug before and I was just wondering if this is within spec for a 2007 model Etec E65WDRLSCS. It's torqued at 15 ft. lbs.

its on the edge, but within limits , assuming your mark was set on the open end of the electrode.
