What fluid do I use for tilt on my 1986 Mercury 60hp?

What kind of fluid do I put in it and do I need to check and fill the rams as well? If so what fluid do I need to fill them with? Thanks.

If it's red use ATF. If clear use Quicksilver PTT fluid.
