Anyone have a photo, of the stern of an islander 21 or 22 ft sitting in the water? I looked at the net and the images I could see were poor quality... I want to see how they draft, Id prefer a late 60's- mid 70's islander photo, because I have a 1970 or 71 model..... and seeing a 1991 islander isn't the same....different weights different hull.... thanks bob

Don't have a pic however I can say this for a fact, on my Islander with 3.0 I/O, the top 3 or 4 inches of the outdrive stick out of the water when she sits in the water. Perhaps that may be helpfull.

Most of the Islanders here are in restoration mode and havn't seen water in awhile. Someone might be able to help you though.
