Padded side rails

How do I get the side rails off? They are in the way and need to be reupholstered any way? Pics The lower right picture shows the back rail and port rail from rear to front. Are they held by screws or some sort of plug like in car door panels. Its an Bayliner 1700 Capri Bowrider. Thanks for any help!

Screws are tucked away in various folds in the upholstery. They're screwed through from the front, not the back. Takes some finagling, but they're all accessible...<br /><br />-Roger

Thanks CCrew will look harder for them. I looked but not hard enough I guess.
