15 hp gamefisher (force)

I just bought a 15 hp gamefisher (force) for a $100. I put a new water pump on it,cleaned the carb and replaced fuel lines. Compression is 90 on ea. cyd. I'm having a fuel issue and not sure what else I can do. It is loading up on #2 cyd. Once I dry it out, it's hard to start. The primer bulb is broke and not sure if that is the part of the problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. also it is a 1990 model.

Sounds like fuel pump problem??
Check the diaphram.
It can o bad and pump fuel into the bottom cylinder?
90# is a bit low. Do another test with a different guage.
Remove both plugs while doing?
The air screw 1 turn out from lightly seated.

Pump is on #1

I'm pretty sure the fuel pump is ported next to cyl 2, so if the fuel pump diaphragm ruptures, #2 is going to get a LOT of fuel. Pull the pump apart and see how the diaphragm looks, probably warped, cracked and nasty as they were not ethanol resistant back then. The fuel pump kit is $15+- and I'd just "do-it" with a Force/Gamefisher,,, if it hasn't been done before.

Primer bulb? The tank primer or the engine primer in the cowling and what's broke on it?

You have a squeezie hooked to the tank?
Pics of the motor?Fuel system?
If the primer's broken does it leak?

What's broken on it? There is a black outer rubber cover, then the clear bulb inside that Jerry mentioned. The rubber cover was shot on mine, but the bulb was OK, so I just replaced the rubber cover.
