There's something oozing out of my transom on the inside side of my transom it's hard and white and big globs looks like it was oozing out of the very top of the transom on the inside1 :p

Hopefully, it not this rare invasion: If it is you may have to cross the streams to reverse the particle flow (which requires special tools) as demonstrated in the vid:

My guess is 3M 5200 marine sealant. Whenever you put a hole in a boat it is common to seal it up with the stuff. Holes drilled through a transom to bolt on a motor might have the goo oozing out. Again, pictures would be nice.
