I had the carbs off putting kits in them and noticed a nipple at the bottom of the intake manifold, from what I can see this should have a hose connecting it to the airbox. Is this just a breather or is there vacuum on this line. I'm chasing some issues not reaching rpms at WOT and want to make sure this isn't a contributing factor.
