1994 Johnson Outboard 150 HP Saltwater

I am looking at a 1994 21 foot Stratos Bay boat with a 1994 150 Johnson outboard. Is this motor a good motor? Any problems with this motor? Thanks. This will be the first boat I have ever purchased. The boat looks very good. Any comments would be appreciated.

Do a compresion test on it, check the gear case oil for any water and the take it out for a test ride. If it was myself, if I couldn't get a test ride I'd forget it. They were good mtrs.

He will take it out on the water of course. No Problem there. Thanks.
