Hello all, I've been reading up on possible causes for this and need some help. The boat is a 98 Four Winns Vista 258. After new gas, tune up and filters it will only reach about 3200rpms. I was trying to check the fuel pressure (Volvo Penta 5.7GSI TBI) and have a couple questions. It has 2 fuel pumps low pressure and high and 1 service port in the fuel line between the high pressure and throttle body. Both pumps run I can feel/hear them but what should my pressures be and can I dissable a pump to check the other and just use the 1 service port? What else should I look for?
