How do you convert to using a fuel pump instead of a pressurized tank?I did this once years ago on a 15hp but can't recall exactly what I did .Thanks for any help .

Simple on that motor. One of the bypass covers should have three holes in a row. Drill the center one through, and tap threads #10-24 in the other two. Then attach a standard Evinrude (Sierra here at iboats) and connect the hoses. You also will need a single line fuel connector to replace the current twin hose one. Plug the current air hose.

EDIT: Picture is in error. Threads are to be 10-24, not 10-32

Iboats will have the 18-7351 pump (OMC 438562)

Edit: Sorry, my mistake, the 18-7351 pump was for a smaller 10hp QD I did. Might not be big enough for the 35hp. Use the 18-7352 instead.
