Hi I have a 1995 johnson 60hp outboard that i am having a problem with. The motor starts fine,idles fine and seems to work fine until I hit half throttle. At about half throttle it runs very rough shaking the motor. It seems like this is all the power I can get out of it, not even close to enough to plane out my boat. I have changed plugs, fuel filter (which both seemed fine). I ran my gas tank with sea foam to help with any possible water issues,I then filled my tank with new gas and still no difference. Anyone experience this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
