I thought i would try to start a cool thread called (name that lure) with pics of old,new and wacky lures. I also have a cool thread called(calling all lake mead boaters) if u wanna check it out.

Heres our first lure!!! I use these for fishing trips now,but i only have one left in a unopened box.
I cant wait to see all the different lures iboats fans have.

My lure is a woodchopper,with eagle claw hooks,co owned by dan and phil wyatt. made in missouri by the ozark mountain tackle co.Its hand tuned and float tested.the yr i dont know!!

Obviously a top water popper plug, but seriously have no idea as to the true manufacturer. Are you going to display nationally available plugs or specially limited back yard built lures that most have never seen before...Just wondering...

LM bass don't have the gonads to take on something like that

It could be. This was the hot bait for Stripers and Blues back in the 60’s. Eels are predators of Striper eggs so aggression towards eels is a defensive measure. Shad and alewives/ bunker are their primary forage in the area.

I will post more lures soon, i thought this post would die, but with all the cool lures out there, the fisherman will catch on i hope.
