Hi, am new here coz getting crazy with no injection signal from MEFI blackbox. Have searched in this forum and other websites, but am stuck. Living in Burundi / Africa on Lake Tanganyika, no mercruiser dealer with diagnosis system around.
After replacing a piston, rings and a complete seal kit, the engine starts when pouring fuel into the Carb injection, engine is running nicely. I did not touch whatsoever electrics/electronics, except this harness connector which is moulded into silicone, but checked all cables for contact, all fine!
Checked all the safety signals which could stopp the injection from giving a on/off signal:
Neutral, lanyard switch, oil pressure switch, temperature switch, Throttle position, knock sensor, fuel pump is running for a sec or 2 when cranking. Checked the harness for any damage, fusibles ok, relays working, stern drive oil level ok.

checked all in and out voltages from the different sensors on the MEFI Blackbox, everything ok !
Despite those checks, the injection is not sending fuel signal. When I give direct 12V to the green and blue wire on the injectors it is injecting fuel.
