Okay got this boat from a friend for free. Has a 1992 e60tle evinrude 3 cylinder engine. It was running at idle a few months back. Replaced the throttle cable and reset it back to idle. And I also bypassed the vro2 pump to premix.. Figured all is well. Went back to it today and seems something is wrong... It won't crank unless I hold me palm over the bottom carb and it won't stay running unless my hand is kept there... So Im leaning fuel... I disconnected the gasoline from outboard and boom!!! Gas shot out under pressure... After that I hooked gasoline back up and pumped... Saw gas line in fuel filter rise but when I release my pump on the primer bulb the gas rus back to tank or drops in he fuel filter and still has pressure when I disconnect the line from outboard. I am baffled at this damn motor I may need to remove and clean carbs? Check floats an needles? Any input is great
