Seat repair question

The rear bench seat of my boat got damaged last season and I have decided to attempt to create my own replacement.

Cutting the plywood to shape is simple enough. But where is the best place to obtain the needed filler foam and vinyl?

Marine vinyl is avail at West Marine and likely lots of other places. Stiching that vinyl requires a heavy duty machine.

I got my stuff from "sailrite" and used a singer 111w I got off craigslist to sew it. Came out good, but the sewing machine might be a bit too much. I swear it will sew through plywood if I wanted it to. I think there is an upholstery section here, they may have better suggestions.
