Planning on doing a major rework on my 1999 Zodiac DL420 over the winter. I plan on re-powering it with an engine and jet drive system from a Polaris 3 passenger jet ski. I plan on using 1200 cc engine. I was also thinking of adding rigid foam to the pontoon, similar to the system used by our local police department. Has any one done these modifications before? any advice, incites and tips would be helpful.
