Honda BF6, BF75, BF8, BF100: replacing outboard engine upper rubber mounts

Hello

I have a Honda BF6 outboard engine (body similar to BF75, BF8 and BF100, all old engines between 6 and 10 HP).
I need to replace the upper rubber mounts.
These are the 3 rubber mounts (one on each side, one in front) that attach the outboard body upper part to the to the swivel shaft.

Does anybody knows what needs to be dismantled in order to replace these rubber mounts ?
From the engine schematics of the service manual, it seems that I have to dismantle at least:
- Throttle cable
- Shift rod

Anything else ?
Or is this operation a lot easier than I imagine ?

Any help will be welcome.
