I've run a 4208 for the past 4 years. Great unit. I can?t say enough good things about the unit. The display is bright and easy to see in all light conditions. The maps are very good and the user inerface is straight forward and very simple to master. The unit is NMEA 2000 compliant so you can connect a compliment of accessories. I have fuel flow and AIS connected on mine. Has a video input so you connect a remote camera if you desire. I purchased the remote control for the unit so I didn?t have to run up to the helm to change screens all the time.
I assume you know that the X2Xx series are now out of prodution.
