Can I wakeboard behind???

Looking at a hurricane 217 sd(21 ft)...dry weight about 2700 lbs ...Yamaha 150 4 stroke... boat tops out at 40 mph.... Put 4 adults and 3 kids in the boat...additional 700 lbs...is the 150 enough to pull me up at this point or not???

Sure, it will pull a wakeboard up no problem.

Wakeboards are easy to pull up. You can do it with that.

Remember that wakeboards perform the best at lower speeds; we pull them around 20 mph (average). You might have to get a different prop, but I don't know how the boat performs.

Should be no problem at all. The 150 4 stroke has lots of grunt off of the line and wakeboards are the easiest of all toys to pull.
