both and only at slower rpms.seems fine at full throttle

had this prob before and replaced brain and it was fine.

Check the flywheel magnets they come loose quite often on the 18-20&25 engines

Had this problem on a 9.8 once. It was used a lot for trolling the problem was carbon build up in the exhaust clogging the ports. Had to be chipped out with a screw driver.
