Last year i purchase a boat which came equipped with a Garmin GPSMAP 188 and an Eaglenav Cuda 350 fishfinder. The transducer attached to the transom is connected to the Cuda fishfinder (and i'm guessing it came as a kit).
After realising that the equipped Garmin GPSMAP 188 also features a fish finder, I was wondering if I can connect the transducer to the Garmin instead - and completely eliminate the Cuda fishfinder (cleaner console, wiring etc..
)
Would this be possible?
