Plastic Screw on back of tiller handle

What is the plastic screw on the back of the tiller handle called? Mine is broken and i need a new one. Also, where could i find one? Thanks

It adjusts your idle speed. Try shop.evinrude.com, look up your mtr and you will get a better idea.
