Re: 1950 Fleetwin 7.5

If you are sure you have a 1950 (model# 4434 or 4435), the impeller is obsolete, but the number was 276857 for serial numbers up through 02579, and 276983 for serial numbers 02580-up. I've heard of guys sanding down a newer model's impeller to fit, but I've never tried it.

Now about those ignition parts. That motor has that highly obsolete magneto with 580040 coils. The coils are almost always shot. Are you lucky enough to have some good ones? Anyhoo, the points are 580098, and the condenser is 300153. I believe there is another number for the points, I'll get back with you when I find it.

EDIT: Other number for the points is 580016.

Good luck.
