Motor might "run great" but still have a lean fuel condition in a carb...drain each carb onto clean white rag to try and check for water or debris in float chamber. Lean condition can kill that cylinder...Maybe run the motor with upper cowling off to see if "chirp' is mechanical rather than lean carb mixture?
how can you tell it is chirping every rotation of motor ?
at 1000 RPM that is a lot of chirping and I do not think you could tell it was even a chirp, more like a squealing noise.
Cylinders need more fuel under load, so I would be looking at carbs to start out with

You sure it's not trying to alarm? I had the identical engine in my shop today and noticed the alarm led's on the lower front cowling. Make sure you arent getting a red light. Is this a tiller model?
