It doesn't really pay to have a rebuilder do your motors. It would cost a fortune. The best bet, is to rebuild it yourself or find a reman that's ready to go. The reason why I say this, is because if you find someone to do it, you never know what you find, until you tear into it and if a rebuilder tears into a worthless engine block, you're still out the money for his time. Outboards are not that hard to rebuild, if you're mechanically inclined.
