just bought a used 2004 honda outboard model bfp15d has been sitting in garage for five yrs with fuel[with stabaliser]in carb. before trying to run i took out bowl drain to get very little fuel out of it, so i left drain out and keep pumpimg new fuel thru it. it did start right up but run ruff. after time it got much better but still has a couple of flat spots. so i guess i will have to take carb off and clean. my question is can this motor be made a 20hp by changing to a bigger carb? thanks ken
