need help with a yamaha crank flywheel cdi and stator question

Hello can anyone tell me if I can replace a 99 small top 150 carb crank, with a 02 big top 150 crank and flywheel , looks like stator, trigger are the same and cdi is only one pre-fix number different any help is appreciated Thanks
